Do biller records keep the same ID between updates?

The biller ID number can change between updates, but the UBI (Unique Beneficiary Number) does not change.

To identify a biller from their UBI number:

• either use the "Find by UBI" option in the Direct User Interface
• or use the "findByUBI" API function.
