Error "File not found: blapi.dll" when calling Bank Wizard for Bill Payments

Cause

To use the Bank Wizard for Bill Payments core (blapi.dll) you must have the following utility DLLs:

• bccore.dll
• eigerl10.dll
• eigers10.dll
• eigeru10.dll

If any of these DLLs are missing, Visual Basic incorrectly states that blapi.dll is missing.

Resolution

Make sure the Experian Payments utility DLLs are installed correctly.
