Cannot view files and reports after upgrading from v1.2 or earlier

Problem

After upgrading from Experian Payments Gateway 1.2 or earlier, you cannot see the contents of the Files and Reports views.

Cause

Two new permissions, ViewImportedFiles and ViewAllReports, were added in version 1.2. These permissions allow users to see files or reports respectively. In pre 1.2 versions, because there were no permissions, all users could view files and reports.

Resolution

Assign the ViewImportedFiles and ViewAllReports permissions to all users who need to view files and reports.
