BANK WIZARD®, Eiger Systems’ data validation solution, has been embedded within Mobile eForm, eForm Solutions’ new financial sales application that allows field sales staff to complete applications on Tablet PCs or handheld devices. By including payment validation seamlessly within this process, BANK WIZARD captures and validates customers’ bank details at the earliest opportunity in the payment submission process. Mobile E-Form is suitable for any field sales team in a consumer or business-to-business environment.
Entering bank account details at the point of data capture can result in error rates as high as 8%, resulting in rejected payments that in turn have a direct impact on sales closure rates, administration costs and customer service.
