Eiger Systems, Europe’s leading developer of validation and payment processing solutions, is to host ‘Payment Strategies 2006’ on Thursday 25th May at The Heritage Motor Centre, Gaydon, Warwickshire. Positioned as the most significant European payments event of the year, ‘Payment Strategies 2006’ will provide decision makers from the UK’s largest corporate organisations (including multinationals and global banks), with the latest information on a broad spectrum of important payment related issues.
“Payment Strategies 2006 will be the most significant strategic payments event in Europe next year”, believes Joy Stevenson, Event Organiser at Eiger Systems. “Speakers across the industry will explore, from a variety of perspectives, the issues that are currently dominating the payments landscape in Europe. Delegates will gain practical advice on how to best exploit the potential of their existing payment systems as well as an understanding of the impact increasing compliance and regulation is having on payment strategies. Central to the event is consideration of the implications of the European Payment Council’s recent decision to enforce the mandatory use of IBAN and BIC data in cross border Euro transactions and the continued development of SEPA ”.
The event is expected to attract delegates from across industry and commerce, particularly senior finance and IT executives. ‘Payment Strategies 2006’ will feature presentations from Voca, key speakers from the corporate and banking sectors as well as Eiger Systems. All the key industry organisations and UK clearing banks are expected to attend, many of which will be participating in an industry exhibition that accompanies the event.
The Heritage Motor Centre is centrally situated a few minutes drive from Junction 12 of the M40 and within close proximity to all major motorway routes in the Midlands. National and international rail and airport links are similarly convenient.
